by asking Her Majesty's Secretary of State for the Colonies to desire the Hydrographer, the Admiralty to supply this observatory gratis with all the charts or other publications issued from his office since the 1st of January 1888 and having reference to the area between 0° and 45° N latitude and between Singapore and 180° E longitude. They are required
